Should you think you may have the Coronavirus, you will need to obtain a doctor’s note before you are able to be tested.

The Government is rolling out testing in various areas but it is NOT suburb-wide just yet as is being reported. They are starting with identified Hotspots. We will keep you posted.

    • Sundays & Public Holidays: 09:00 - 13:00
  • Baby Clinic: closed during lockdown. All other clinic services are to be arranged with the Sister in advance.
  • Very strict access control measures will be put into place for the safety of our customers and staff.
  • NO non-essential items will be sold during the lockdown period.
  • We encourage customers to avoid cash payments due to the risk of spreading the virus.
  • Ensure that a 1,5m distance is kept between you and other customers at all times.
  • NOTE! Should you feel unwell and/or experience Coronavirus-related symptoms (sore throat, coughing or fever), please do not visit the pharmacy. Rather phone us to ask for assistance and advice.

  • There will only be 1 secretary. Please don’t call unless an emergency.
  • Times: 10am to 4pm – for consults in rooms (ONLY BY EMAIL BOOKING)
  • We will be on email from 8am to 6pm.
  • No Walk ins please as we need to limit infection risks.

We are requesting the following:

  • Chronic Scripts: Please email us the script you require; medicine and dosage.
  • If you require bloods tests; we will defer these until further notice as this is currently not essential. Please discuss with us if there blood tests you feel are essential.

If you have cold & flu symptoms:

  • If you have mild symptoms please consider yourself “POSITIVE” as this is the most likely consideration with the symptoms of the virus.
  • Mild symptoms do not generally require further medications: panado, flu preparations and fluids should be adequate to manage symptoms.
  • NB: No NSAIDS ie: ibuprofen, myprodol, genpayne, mybulen, panamor, K-fenac
  • Isolation for 14 days from the onset of symptoms.
  • Please consider everyone in the family as positive
  • Progression to worsening and/or severe symptoms (shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and persistent fevers >38C): please contact us to arrange consultation so that we are able to provide you with the care needed.
